Also, with some digging, newer version of the player can be downloaded directly from Genetec website. g64x footage with Genetec player that they have provided - no problem here. I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong before I come back to them with complaints. Here's the thing: I have received some camera footage from legal authorities and I can't open some of it.
